How long does a return take?

Please allow 5 working days from receipt of your goods at our warehouse for the return to be processed, and your account refunded.

How long will it take for my order to be shipped?

Please see our Shipping page for details. But for UK orders we estimate 5 days. EU orders up to 9 days. International orders between 8 - 14 days, depending on the destination.

I have a missing item from my order

We are really sorry if an item is missing or incorrect. Please contact us  with your order number. We will get the missing product out to you as soon as possible.

My item is faulty

This rarely happens. If it does please contact us with your order number and then send the item back to us within 14 days of delivery. We will send a replacement out to you as soon as possible.

How do I exchange an item?

Simply contact us with your order number. Once we've received the returned item we'll get in touch quickly to confirm the item(s) you wish to exchange.

Can I amend my order once it's placed?

We try to ship your order, once placed, as quickly as possible. So unfortunately we cannot change the order, address, name, or payment method once orders are placed.

You would have to follow the exchange process, and contact us with your order number once your package has been delivered to you.

How do I return my order?

Please contact us with your order number, and post the unwanted item(s) to: Cobs, 3 Harrison St. Burnley, Lancashire, United Kingdom, BB10 2HY. You have 14 days to return your order from the date of delivery.
